If your order was placed on the Sat or Sun the 1-3 business days to complete your order will commence on the following Monday.

During the busy holiday seasons this time frame may increase to 1-5 days.

EXCHANGES

Please read ALL of the following:

Items can be exchanged for an alternative size within 30 days of when your order was shipped out. During the holiday season we make exceptions beyond 30 days if items are unused.

Items must be UNUSED and in perfect condition. Please look over the item closely.

There is no charge for exchanges.

Customer pays to ship exchange(s) to Strong Sassy Squad and Strong Sassy squad pays to ship new exchanged item(s) back to customer.

Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and the new size(s) they would like.

RETURNS

Please read ALL of the following:

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of when your order was shipped out.

Items must be UNUSED and in perfect condition. Please look over the item closely.

Original shipping will NOT be refunded.

Strong Sassy Squad will not accept returns for custom or holiday themed tanks/tees. (i.e. Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th)

There is a 20% restocking fee for leggings, capris or shorts.

There is a no restocking fee for shirts/tank orders totaling over $30.

Customer pays to ship return(s) to Strong Sassy Squad.

Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and that they would like a refund.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, when your order ships out you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please keep an eye on your spam folder.

I haven’t I received a tracking number?

If you have not received a tracking number, it’s not in your spam folder and it has been longer than 5 business days, please email us at Support@strongsassysquad.com and we will resend your tracking info.
